hopes\, dreams\, joys and concerns of the average working American are
the focus of this unique and extraordinary musical. Based on Studs Terke
l’s best- selling book of interviews with American workers\, Working pai
nts a vivid portrait of the everyday lives of the “common” men and women
the world so often takes for granted: the schoolteacher\, the parking l
ot attendant\, the waitress\, the mill-worker\, the mason\, the trucker
 \, the fireman\, the housewife\, among many others. The play\, a highly o
riginal and inspired look at the American landscape\, promises an unforg
 ettable theatrical experience!

oy two great musicians\, Randal Bays and Daithi Sproule\, play Irish mus
ic to make you dance. Bays has performed all over the U.S.\, Europe and
Canada\, including the Gaelic Roots Festival\, the San Francisco Celtic
Music and Arts Festival\, the Festival Des Musiques-Vivantes in France
\, and the Willie Clancy Summer School and Festival in Ireland. Sproule
sings in English and Gaelic and has made the guitar a significant factor
in Irish music by being one of the first folk artists to make extensive
use of the DADGAD tuning in the accompaniment of Irish music\, a style
 now used around the world.
