This exhibit will highlight the museum’s Civil War flag, made by Orange County resident Liana Austin Dolson. The event will highlight women who, like Dolson, sewed for soldiers as individual expressions of support, those that volunteered through aid societies and other organizations, and those who did production sewing for depots, arsenals and contractors. The exhibit will feature a large illustration of Dolson’s family tree, and descendants are invited to visit the museum to ensure their families are properly recorded on the family tree.

This was created by the seniors at Greenwood Lake Senior Center. "A Senior Moment" is a large canvas that seniors painted on for a "moment". Each person painted for a time period and then moved down the line each one adding their artistic talent to each piece. "Wisdom Works" abstract paintings made by the seniors.
