Geneva Lake Art Association Spring Exhibition - Lake Geneva

The Geneva Lake Art Association 2010 Spring Exhibition, “Exploring Textures” opens Friday, February 5, 2010 and will run through Sunday, April 25, 2010. The Spring Exhibition features works by local artists, including Donnette Behar, Sharon Larson, and Linda Marasco. Original art will include drawings, paintings, lithographs and photographs by GLAA members showcasing their works and showing how each uses their own mediums to explore the range of textures. Geneva Lake Art Association Spring Exhibition - Lake Geneva

The Geneva Lake Art Association 2010 Spring Exhibition, “Exploring Textures” opens Friday, February 5, 2010 and will run through Sunday, April 25, 2010. The Spring Exhibition features works by local artists, including Donnette Behar, Sharon Larson, and Linda Marasco. Original art will include drawings, paintings, lithographs and photographs by GLAA members showcasing their works and showing how each uses their own mediums to explore the range of textures. GLAA fosters a community awareness and appreciation of the fine arts through the arrangement of shows, monthly programs, lectures, demonstrations and workshops. Dancing Horses Show - Delavan

Photography Exhibit - Whitewater

Photographs by Everett Long around the theme “Get Close to Nature” will grace the SweetSpot Gallery, 226 Whitewater Street, Whitewater, during the months of March and April. The opening reception for the show is March 7 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. when Long will be on-hand to sign the poster that features his photograph, “Dewy Blueberries,” which won the Viewers’ Choice at the Whitewater Arts Alliance’s Members’ Show in 2009. The poster featuring Long’s photograph as well as the posters from the last two Members’ Show winners will be available for purchase for $30 for WAA members and $35 for non-members. The 2008 poster features Dave Saalsaa’s photograph “Whitewater Summer” of Whitewater’s Fourth of July celebration.
