This three-day program will include content that is foundational to managing and leading, with a primary focus on those who are new/newer to leadership roles. Topics include both leadership characteristics and general administrative supervisory responsibilities. These three-day, (4 hours each) sessions will include both pre-work and live instruction. A virtual binder will be available as an ongoing resource for all participants. Course Objectives:Identify leadership strengths and create action plans for further leadership development
Align individual leadership to MSU Denver mission, vision and CADRE values, including a commitment to DEI
Connect with key university stakeholders and/or resources to help them to perform general supervisor job responsibilities and functions
Discuss core leadership competencies and skills to increase team engagement
Create and strengthen relationships with fellow Roadrunners
