This year’s Leadership is Listening Community of Practice will listen to the discussions between Drs. Brené Brown, University of Houston, and Adam Grant, University of Pennsylvania, about Dr. Brown’s new book on leadership, Strong Ground. These discussions are hosted on Dr. Brown’s podcast Dare to Lead.

Participants will receive a copy of the book as a way to support further discussion around topics that are brought up. (This book is very accessible and the chapters are short!)

Each week we will listen to 1-2 conversations (podcasts) about topics from Strong Ground
We will then meet for an hour to discuss the main ideas, share insights, stories, ask questions, exchange resources etc.
If you attend four of the five sessions and complete a reflection activity you will receive a CFDE Leadership Academy Certificate of Completion.
