Pasadena Village, a nonprofit organization that connects aging-in-place older adults, and the Altadena Libraries invite you to a free simple cooking demonstration with Chef Gloria Felix of Chefs for Seniors-Pasadena. You will:

Learn healthy eating tips
Taste samples of nutritious soup and salads
Discover ways of staying healthy while managing health conditions
Simplify meal planning and prep

About the Presenter
Chef Gloria Felix is the Executive Chef and Franchise Owner of Chefs For Seniors-Pasadena and a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Pasadena.
