An afternoon of fun, food and learning for patients, families, health care providers.

Keynote Speaker: Kelly Barendt

This rare event will provide families with support, education on multiple topics, inspiring patient stories, a Q &A session with a patient panel, connection opportunities and treatment updates.

Also, offered to health care professional and those who are interested are discussions revealing emerging technologies in Cardiology, ENT, Rheumatology, Hematology/Oncology and newborn screening. 

Games, prizes and giveaways will be available to those who attend in person along with the opportunity to visit booths with information on local resources. Attendees can enter a contest to share a written story, poem, picture or short video clip about their personal experiences with a rare disease diagnosis, including struggles and/or accomplishments.
