This is the final course in a 4-part Project Management series.
In this course you will learn more about the execute phase of a project. The execute phase is where the work gets done. You will also learn about monitoring and closing out your project.
In this course you will get hands-on practice with:
-Conducting project touchpoint meetings-Maintaining a RAID log-Creating project status reports -Conducting a lessons learned meeting-Creating a project close report
You will walk away from this course with templates that you can use and adapt to your own projects.
Please note: We encourage to attend all 4 parts of the project management series, however you are free to choose to attend those that are of most interest to you.
