Creating Positive Space – Creating 2SLGBTQ+ Inclusive and Affirming Environments

Do you have questions about how to be more inclusive, respectful, welcoming, and supportive of LGBTQ2S+ students and colleagues? Are you not exactly sure what that acronym means and want more information? This workshop is for you!

This 90-minute workshop offers a safe environment for support staff and administrators to:
• become familiar with LGBTQ2S+ terminology and inclusive language,
• better understand the lived experiences of LGBTQ2S+ students and colleagues at Niagara College, explore strategies for creating safe and inclusive spaces

This interactive series will provide participants with the opportunity to join the sessions in a hybrid format either virtually or in-person.
