Join Beryl Herrin for 3 sessions of Mindful Movement for 3 Saturday mornings. Feb 10th, Feb 17th, Feb 24th. We will meet by zoom and will include a guided movement practice for about 25 minutes followed by a sitting practice for about 15 minutes.Dropping into the body is a doorway for practice and foundational in a mindfulness practice. Your registration will be for all 3 sessions and the link will be the same for each. Beryl Herrin has been teaching mindful movement, yoga, and meditation for over 25 years. She is a student of the contemplative traditions and currently works with Dr. Baime and Dr. Bowles for the Penn Program for Mindfulness.
