This peer support group is meant as a follow-up to 'Navigating What's NEXTT After Cancer Treatment - Part 1' - Please join us for a peer support group as we navigate survivorship and beyond. ** Attendance to NEXTT part 1 required.

You MUST have attended Navigating What's Nextt - Part 1 to attend.  This class is only for Hoag cancer patients who have been diagnosed within the past two years and have finished or are nearing the end of treatment at Hoag. It is only open to Hoag Cancer Patients as a way to further their care at Hoag. Ages 18 years old and older.
