Become a Family Child Care Provider (FCC)! Applicants must live aboard MCB Camp Lejeune or MCAS New River and attend an information session to learn more about becoming an FCC provider. Background screenings on the applicant and their sponsor must be conducted. Providers are certified through the Family Care Program of the Marine & Family Programs Division, Marine Corps Community Services Lejeune-New River.
