Tuesday, September 30, 2025, 3 – 4:30 PM EDT

Designed to equip students with essential skills and strategies to excel during interviews, this workshop will begin with a discussion of what interviewers are really asking, common interview questions and themes, how to craft impactful responses, and how to present yourself as a confident professional. The second part of this workshop will be active practice. Students will practice interviewing and offering feedback to each other. Students should expect to leave this workshop with some concrete skills, confidence, and ideas for further preparation. 
 
The audience for this workshop is LGS master’s and PhD students in all disciplines. Students will be able to choose to practice interviewing for either academic or non-academic jobs. 

This will be a participatory, in-person workshop and will not be recorded.
