Description

Join artist and educator Leigh Adams for an enchanted garden workshop. Children ages 8 - 12 will create an enchanted garden made of various recycled materials. All supplies are provided. Registration required.

You can also enjoy an exhibition of Enchanted Gardens from April 30 to May 30 in the Main Library glass display case. Explore creative thinking and a world of enchanted gardens - miniature nature scenes made with recycled materials by children from the Norma Coombs Elementary School.

About the Artist
Leigh Adams is an educator and eco-sensitive designer. She has been a groundbreaking, horticultural interpreter at the LA County Arboretum and Botanic Gardens for many years and has trained many county agencies in regenerative practices. She has conducted hundreds of hands-on, organically based workshops with local schools, private citizens and professional groups.
