How to obtain a parking pass:
The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) requires all visitors to park on the top level of Garage B and have a parking pass visible from their dashboard. An ERS representative will be at the entrance of the parking garage (San Jacinto), 11:40 a.m. - 12:10 p.m., to hand out parking passes. If you arrive before 11:40 a.m. or after 12:10 p.m., the ERS representative will not be at the parking garage entrance and you'll need to walk to ERS, get a parking pass from the receptionist, and go back to your car to put the parking pass on your dashboard. Please note that Garage B is two blocks from ERS. There are a few parking spaces for people with disabilities in the ERS parking lot. We appreciate your cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience.
