This course provides an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of managing in a unionized work environment. 

Program Focus:
-The importance of developing relationships with unions
-Rights and responsibilities of managers in a unionized environment
-Learning how to handle employee complaints
-Understanding the grievance process
-Understanding who to reach out to/support for managers when an issue arises 

Please note that we will be serving morning refreshments (coffee/tea/water/fruit/yogurt). Lunch will also be provided.
