Cardiac arrest can happen without any warning, at any age, at any time, to people of all fitness levels. CardiacCrash will help you learn what to do and how to help. Join this fun team challenge from the Heart & Stroke Foundation to learn about CPR and how to use an AED. 
 

What is CardiacCrash?

• CardiacCrash is NOT like any other CPR training program!
• It’s an experience that’s interactive and fun
• It’s a great team-building activity that will teach you life skills that really matter
• No previous CPR training required – anyone can participate

Participating in this program could help save a life!

A few things to know ahead of your CardiacCrash Experience:

• Timing – The experience will run about an hour.
• Clothing – There will be CPR practice sessions where you’ll be kneeling on the floor. Try to come with clothing that’s comfortable and won’t gape or ride up.
• Adaptations – Anyone can participate in this program. Just let your facilitator know if you require any adaptations and they’ll work with you to find solutions.
• Emotions – We know this can be a tough topic and that there is a wide range of lived experience. Please feel supported and safe to determine your own level of involvement to ensure your well-being.
