All professional and administrative staff are invited to participate in our annual performance management process. If you are an hourly or part-time staff and would like to participate in performance management, please follow-up with your supervisor. The purpose of performance management is to provide an opportunity for staff to receive feedback and support for ongoing growth and development. It is within this process that we can identify what goals and progress we have made, and to celebrate our accomplishments. All staff, especially supervisors, will have opportunities to engage in training and access resources for support.
