“Climate Canaries: Farmworkers”

Heat can be deadly. But how does chronic heat exposure affect heath? What are the long-term implications of chronic heat-exposure? In this presentation, we will go on a research journey to understand the physiological response of chronic heat exposure in farmworkers and interventions to protect farmworkers from extreme heat health effects.
