This event is sponsored by the DCTC Neurodiverse Employee Resource Group (ERG) and open to DCTC students and employees, and Inver Hills Community College Neurodiverse ERG members.
Join us at the Neurodivergent Lunch to connect with others in the neurodivergent community at DCTC. The purpose of the Neurodivergent Lunch is to create an inclusive and supportive space for networking and informal mentoring between neurodivergent students and employees.
Bring your own lunch. For students, free meal items are available in the campus food pantry.

Definitions related to neurodiversity and who is considered neurodivergent vary. The neurodiverse population, or those considered neurodivergent, includes but is not limited to, individuals with the following:

The mission of the neurodiverse employee Resource Group (ERG) is to provide a supportive community for neurodivergent employees and allies, increase representation of neurodivergence, and elevate experiences and perspectives of neurodivergent students and employees. ERG GoalsSupport: Provide a supportive and understanding community where neurodivergent employees and students are valued for who they are and feel like they belong.
Uplift: Elevate the voices and support the needs of Neurodivergent individuals through ongoing engagement with the campus community.
