Learning Workshop: Strategies for Success is tailored for new employees who are within their first year at Pepperdine. The training is structured to relay the 11 most important qualities a person may embody for the maximum amount of success while working here at Pepperdine. These qualities have been identified through the years by Pepperdine Senior Leadership and continue to play a largely important role in faculty and staff today. A time for question and answer will be given near the end of the training.
