In honor of Black History Month, Altadena Library and Altadena Historical Society welcome Retired Sergeant Major Charles Hancock, vice president of the Southwest Association of Buffalo Soldiers, for a talk about African American contributions to our military.
You will have the chance to ask questions after his presentation.

Mr. Hancock has a passion for history with advocacy and education. He is deeply committed to bringing lesser-known chapters of African American military service into public view.
