A coffee educator from local shop, Unincorporated Coffee Roasters, will walk attendees through a coffee cupping. A cupping is the method coffee professionals use to evaluate the product potential and quality during the buying and roasting process. Attendees will learn about Unincorporated's background and get a better understanding of the cupping process. You will be able to taste a sample of current offerings at Unincorporated.
