Jan currently teaches Yoga 1 & 2 at Snow College, is a 500 Hr Registered Yoga Teacher and Functional Nutrition Practitioner with extra certifications in Pain Free for Life Biomechanics, Tune Up Fitness Anatomy Based Yoga, LYT Physical Therapy Yoga, and Easy Flexibility Yoga. Jan has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and adapts her classes to all levels of experience - from Child's Pose to Handstands & Arm Balances.
