Nowruz, translated literally as "new day," has its roots in the ancient religious traditions of Persia, and while still a holy day for many, it is also celebrated by many cultures throughout Central, West, and South Asia in connection with the arrival of spring. Celebrate Nowruz through a variety of cultural activities and musical performances, free and open to Emory community and the public. Due to space restrictions, capacity is limited and registration is required.
