The City of Long Beach is now accepting applications for the Mills Act Property Tax Abatement Program (Mills Act), an economic incentive program for properties that have been designated a historic landmark or are located in the city’s designated historic districts. Join us for a follow up to the Mills Act Pre-Application Workshop to learn about more specific information geared toward those interested in proceeding with the application process.
