Dear Faculty Colleagues,

The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) invites dedicated faculty to apply for a 12-month program aimed at improving access to high-demand General Education (GE) courses while ensuring academic rigor, fostering inclusivity, and exemplifying cultural responsiveness in technology-enabled environments (online, hybrid, or AI-enhanced).

Program Highlights:

Creating flexible online options and pathways for students to fulfill GE requirements.
Upon completion of deliverables, participants earn $7500 in additional employment. Additional $2500 per course certification achieved through QM Certification.
Application Deadline: August 16, 2024, 5 pm.

Participants will:

Analyze course-specific data to address DFW rates and equity gaps.
Participate in professional development opportunities (Quality Matters, ACUE, ESCALA, etc.).
Propose and implement strategies to address course challenges and enhance student outcomes.
Prepare their course for Quality Matters (QM) Certification.
