This workshop is designed to help teens who have been impacted by the Eaton Fire reconnect with themselves and their community through the power of theatre. Using classic theatre games and exercises, participants will explore creative ways to express their feelings, share their experiences, and build a sense of unity.
Registration required.
Altadena-raised facilitator Emily Rodríguez will guide the group through activities that foster healing, encourage self-expression, and strengthen connections with others in the aftermath of the fire.
With support from Direct Relief, the Altadena Library District is partnering with local organizations to offer workshops, trainings, and other activities for all ages that promote community health and well-being in the aftermath of the Eaton Fire. The funding will also help create a collection of wellness materials and supplies available for patrons to access during their visits.
