Prepare your body for the race or enjoy a much-needed recovery session with this gentle ambulatory yoga class. Focusing on restorative poses and mindful movement, this class is designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and ease any pre-marathon nerves. Whether you’re gearing up for the Marine Corps Marathon or simply looking to unwind, this session will leave you feeling grounded and rejuvenated. All levels welcome! Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle, and please come to class 5 minutes before class starts to get situated. Mats will be provided.
