Description

Stretch early for a morning yoga class! All skill levels are welcome. Please bring a towel or mat and dress in comfortable clothes. Water will be provided but bringing your water bottle is highly recommended. Space is limited and registration required.

Participants must fill out a waiver of liability before the class starts. 

About the instructor:
Merry Birchfield (E-RYT 500) teaches yoga from empirical science. Mindful movement sends her students home feeling confident, strong, happy, and relaxed. Come get your dose of merryment!
