Person-Centered Planning (PCP) is a set of approaches to life-planning based on what a person considers most important. In an educational setting, PCP involves specifying the opportunities, accommodations and assistance that will give a student with disabilities the best chance of experiencing what is most important.
This professional learning session will introduce the various person-centered planning programs being utilized by many districts across the State of Connecticut. The focus of the session will be an introduction to Charting the LifeCourse Framework.
