The Etsy 101 Workshops will be an immersive experience designed to transform your creative passion into profitable entrepreneurship. These 3 intensive classes are tailored for individuals eager to launch their Etsy shops successfully. These workshops offers you hands-on assistance in setting up your Etsy shop and using Canva's free graphic design software to make your logo and listing images.
Registration required: one registration for the series.Class 1: Etsy Shop Manager OverviewClass 1 provides an overview of the Etsy Shop Manager, covering the Seller Policy, dashboard sections, and listing basics. It includes setting up shipping profiles, understanding shop stats, and managing finances. The session also details setting up shop info and appearance, including shop name, title, announcements, and policies.
Class 2: Canva Overview with logos & listing image creationClass 2 covers using Canva to create logo and listing images. Topics include an overview of Canva, creating listing images from templates for physical and digital products, designing from scratch, and customizing size. It also teaches adding elements, text, and uploads, creating listing videos, and managing and downloading files.
Class 3: Etsy Listings Set UpClass 3 covers setting up Etsy listings, including adding new listings, uploading photos and videos, writing descriptions with ChatGPT, setting pricing and inventory, managing variations and details, shipping options for physical items, and renewal settings. It also teaches copying listings to streamline the process.
The goal of these workshops will be to have the basic set up of an Etsy shop by the end of the 3 sessions. Students will emerge from these workshops equipped with skills, knowledge and confidence to put up their listings and start selling.
